At Naga’s Kitchen, food is more than just flavor. It is a celebration of tradition, passion, and community. Founded by four lifelong friends Moorthi, Purushoth, Nagaraj, and Vivek our journey began with a shared dream to bring the authentic tastes of South Indian cuisine to the Bay Area and beyond.

 

Raised in the rich culinary heritage of Tamil Nadu, we grew up experiencing how food brings people together. From late night meals to festive family gatherings, the dishes we loved were never just recipes. They were memories, emotions, and stories passed down through generations. Many of our recipes come directly from Nagaraj Sakthivel, inspired by his family’s traditional cooking and years of hands on experience with regional South Indian flavors.

Each partner brings a unique strength to Naga’s Kitchen. While our roots and recipes come from home, Vivek’s extensive experience in hospitality and restaurant management ensures that every guest enjoys not only exceptional food but also warm, attentive service that truly feels like home.

Together, we have built more than a restaurant. We have built a reflection of friendship, family, and heritage.
